The 2019 BASES Conference took place at the end of November at Leicester City’s King Power Stadium. The conference is an annual two day event that focuses on sport and exercise science and showcases world-leading content across sport and exercise sciences.

If you want to learn more about this topic, we covered off-feet conditioning earlier this year with theNew Zealand All Blacks’ Strength and Conditioning coach Nic Gill.
