The STA Group just announced the shortlist for the 2020 Sports Technology Awards and revealed that Wattbike has been shortlisted in the ‘Innovation of the Year’ category for our new industry game-changer, the Wattbike AtomX.
Having received hundreds of entries from 31 countries, 50 industry leaders from sport, technology and business sectors spent approximately 25 days collectively determining which entries were the best.The full shortlistis made up of some of sports biggest organisations as well as many of its most visionary, to contest the coveted Sports Technology Awards trophies.

It is the pinnacle of indoor cycling excellence, and builds on the huge success of Wattbike’s award-winning consumer product, the unrivalled Wattbike Atom. With patented technology and innovative new advancements, the AtomX gives riders a fully connected, immersive cycling experience.
With in-built interactive workouts, tests, training plans, and climb mode all accessible from the Performance Touchscreen, the AtomX allows riders to experience automatic resistance changes when following structured workouts, and automatic gradient changes that mimic real climbs from around the world including Alpe d’Huez and Mont Ventoux.
The AtomX smart technology also enables seamless third-party connectivity so members can train their way.
